The rules of using faceless247

1. The Service

faceless247 generates short-form videos (YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels) using open-source AI models and uploads them to channels you connect via OAuth. The service is provided "as is" with the features described on faceless247.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By signing up, you confirm this.

3. Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Keep your password (or Google account, or phone) secure.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use faceless247 to:

Generate or publish content that violates YouTube's, Instagram's, or any applicable platform's community guidelines.
Produce content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Generate hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violent content.
Spread disinformation, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content designed to deceive.
Spam, mass-create channels, or otherwise abuse the service.
Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of subscription fees.

5. Your content, your responsibility

Videos generated by faceless247 are published to your YouTube and Instagram accounts. You are solely responsible for what gets published, ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and platform terms, and for any disputes, copyright claims, or legal consequences arising from such content.

6. Subscription and billing

The Creator plan costs ₹799 per month, billed in advance via Razorpay.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of: (a) substantial service outage that we fail to remedy within 7 days, or (b) accidental duplicate charge. To request a refund, email ankit11708059@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.

8. Service availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee it. We may take down the service for scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice, or in emergencies without notice. No compensation is owed for downtime.

9. Third-party platforms

faceless247 depends on YouTube, Instagram, Firebase, Groq, Pexels, Razorpay, and Hostinger. If any of these change their APIs, pricing, or terms in ways that affect faceless247, we will adapt as best we can but cannot guarantee continuity of every feature.

10. Intellectual property

Your content: the channel descriptions, scripts, and videos you generate belong to you.
Our software: the faceless247 platform, design, and code belong to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or compete with us using our codebase.
Stock assets: videos may include visuals from Pexels (free for commercial use under Pexels License).

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, faceless247 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in that period.

12. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your YouTube tokens are revoked and your data is scheduled for deletion per the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to these terms

We will email you at least 7 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
